Safety Policy in Air Res Aviation

The aim of Air Res Aviation Sp. z o.o. is to achieve the best training results and the highest quality of services, applying the highest standards of safety of the business. In this regard, the Centre develops, implements and continuously develops the Safety Management System, which is one of the key elements of the organisation’s management.

It is the responsibility of each of us, and in particular the management, to take care of our own safety and those around us. Sometimes trivial events or indications may in the future expose us to loss of health or life and result in serious material damage. At Air Res Aviation, we are aware that by following the “Just Culture” principles, we may limit the occurrence of such events in the future. All comments, reports of events or threats are extremely important for the safety of the Centre, so I assure you that ATO Air Res Aviation Sp. z o.o. will not take any disciplinary action against any person who discloses an incident or incident that poses a safety risk. The purpose of an anonymous event reporting system and internal event investigation is to improve security, not to attribute blame to individuals. This policy will not apply to information obtained by the Organization from another source or where it involves illegal activity or intentional or intentional violation of applicable laws or procedures.

I assure you that the activities of Air Res Aviation Sp. z o.o. will be carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations and in accordance with the approved documentation of the organization.
