GDPR information clause

Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection, hereinafter: GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data is Air Res Aviation Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Jasionka-Lotnisko, 36-002 Jasionka.
  2. In matters related to the protection of personal data, you can contact the data protection officer – Ms Agnieszka Grabek, by writing to the e-mail address rodo@air-res.pl or the address of the registered office.
  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting aviation training and related activities, conducting the recruitment process and for information purposes, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a, b GDPR.
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be the following entities: Air Res Aviation and the Civil Aviation Authority.
  5. Your personal data will be kept for the period of:
    1. In the case of flight training – for a minimum period of 5 years;
    2. In the case of other activities and performance of other activities – for a period of 12 months.
  6. You have the right to:
    1. access to your personal data,
    2. rectify your personal data,
    3. delete your personal data,
    4. limit the processing of your personal data,
    5. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data by sending an e-mail to rodo@air-res.pl – if you previously gave such consent and the processing of your data is based on it,
    6. transfer your personal data,
    7. object to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation, in accordance with art. 21 GDPR.
  7. Regardless of the privileges listed in point 6, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
  8. Providing your personal data is:
    • In the case of flight training and related administrative activities – a condition resulting from the concluded contract;
    • In the case of conducting recruitment processes and other activities – voluntary.
  9. If you do not provide your personal data, the flight training, recruitment process and other activities will not be possible.
  10. Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area / to an international organization.
  11. Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling) so that any decisions could be made as a result of such automated processing.
