Air Res Aviation Sp. z o.o. is a company with many years of experience – we have been operating in the aviation industry since 2010. Our main areas of activity include aircraft maintenance, pilot training, and the construction and restoration of historical and special category aircraft. So far, we have completed over 1200 maintenance tasks on various types of aircraft.

Air Res Aviation is certified as a Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation in accordance with Part-CAO requirements (PL.CAO.0059). We provide technical maintenance and airworthiness management services for general aviation aircraft.

Our company is located about 200 meters from the threshold of the concrete runway 27 at Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport (EPRZ). This excellent location gives us direct access to the controlled airport infrastructure. We operate in our own facility, which includes an administrative area, hangar, private apron, and modern tool and equipment support.

Air Res Aviation brings together a highly qualified technical team, capable of meeting aviation maintenance standards. We are proud to employ licensed mechanics, specialists in metal and composite repairs, sheet metal workers, painters, and aviation carpenters. Our maintenance projects are supervised by graduates of technical universities with experience in aviation, ensuring that every service is performed by experts in their fields.

We are an authorized service center for the Italian company TECNAM:

  • We supply spare parts for the entire range of TECNAM aircraft.
  • We offer competitive prices, fast order processing, and assist in communication with the manufacturer.
  • We install purchased components and perform modifications and repairs based on TECNAM’s official JOB CARDS.

We are also a dealer for TRIG Avionics radio and navigation equipment. We install this equipment in accordance with international aviation standards.

We offer spare parts for many types of aircraft. Our large warehouse allows us to reduce delivery times in many cases. If a part is not in stock, we will order it on request.
All parts come with proper aviation certification (EASA Form 1, Certificate of Conformity – CoC).

Our services

Maintenance services

We provide our clients with comprehensive maintenance support for general aviation aircraft. Our engineers supervise all scheduled and unscheduled inspections and repairs.

We use modern and mobile diagnostic equipment for pilot and navigation systems. One of our advantages is the ability to perform maintenance services outside of our company’s main location.

We operate regularly calibrated diagnostic tools, including:

  • MPS 43 – Simulates real flight conditions including altitude, vertical speed, airspeed, Mach number, and more.
  • IFR 4000 – Enables testing of VHF/UHF transmitters, system performance parameters, simulation of MARKER beacons, Glideslope signals (CAT I, II, III), Localizer signals, autopilot systems, and VOR tests.
  • IFR 6000 – Tests transponder systems (modes A/C/S), DME, TCAS I and II, and ADS-B flight information systems.
  • DINI ARGEO Weighing System – A set of portable modern platform scales, each with a capacity of up to 3 tons.

We offer the full range of technical maintenance and structural inspections (in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical documentation), including for aircraft such as the Cessna 150 and 152.

Painting, modifications, reapirs, upgrades

Thinking about repainting your aircraft, upgrading the upholstery, replacing the radio, or repairing specific structural components like the airframe?

As a certified CAO organization, we are authorized to carry out standard changes and repairs in accordance with EASA CS-STAN.

We have experience in modifying aircraft in the following areas:

  • Aircraft paint schemes (metal and fabric-covered aircraft) and decorative sticker systems
  • Interior upholstery and cabin equipment
  • Communication systems
  • Navigation and emergency equipment (e.g. ELT)
  • And other modifications listed in CS-STAN
